What if the item(s) I received are incorrect or damaged?
If you have received products that are incorrect or damaged, first and foremost, I'm sorry! That's NOT how things are supposed to work, obviously! I'll make it right.
Shoot me an e-mail (info@fernwehgear.com) within 7 days from receiving your order. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and I'll help you out!
EXCHANGES
Yes you can exchange clean, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified apparel once per order within 7 days from the posted delivery date.
